De-Stress with Herbal Relief

These are stressful times so help your mind AND body relax and de-stress. My goto de-stresser is the Herbal Relief Spray.

This spray consists of Eucalyptus, Lavender, Clove Leaf, Rosemary, Peppermint and Sunflower oils to promote muscle relief and relaxation.

I use it during the day if I've stressed my muscles or if my wrist is bothering me (from too much typing -- LOL). I use it on my feet after a long walking workout along with the Therapeutic Foot Cream.

I've found it helpful also in clearing my sinuses and helping with breathing. I spray some on a dry cloth and inhale or rub on my chest.

I'm sure you'll find many uses for this amazing spray. You'll want to get an extra one for a good friend or relative.
