Anti-Aging Essentials

Updated: Apr 30, 2020

Anti-aging essentials in your 40s and beyond is important to add to your beauty regimen.

As the same aging processes of our 40s continues in our 50s, menopause may amplify the signs for women. Changing estrogen levels may result in drier skin. The loss of collagen can lead to sagging skin along the jaw and around the eyes. Years of sun exposure will also re-emerge as rough skin texture and sunspots.

Upping your moisturizer game and using topical treatments (such as retinoids or vitamin C) will help soften and smooth dry, rough skin.

Use a good skin care cleansing routine (see my cleansing options for normal to oily or dry skin).

I also offer Vitamin C and a great skin renewal moisturizer and eye performance cream.

My face lift in a jar is amazing! It's the Face and Body Smoother Duo.

Please send me an e-mail if you have any questions.
